Sometimes finding contentment in being yourself can be hard - specially when you're in a competitive environment & struggle with your self worth. You really don't have a choice either.  t's not like you can sleep wishing you were someone else and wake up in their body.

So here's what you can do:

Notice the positive traits that atfract you to the idea of being this person that you compare yourself to, and be inspired by them to be the best version of yourself. In the end it's nöt a competition between you and the next person, this is between you and yourself.

You are enough. Just as you are.

Many of us think are perfect and you look up to have similar thoughts and insecurities as you. This is not to criticize them, it’s to remind you that it’s completely normal.

No one is as perfect on the inside as you think they are. So just be you. And eventually, hopefully, you can find some comfort in that, if you don’t already.
